UPS Tracking

United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) delivers packages around the world every day except Sundays. In 2019, UPS delivered approximately 21.9 million packages and documents every day, for a total of 5.5 billion, according to its 2019 annual report, a number unmatched by any other in the industry.1

UPS Store and FedEx Office are retail outlets established by the two companies to carry individual shipping orders for their respective parcel delivery and express services. The presence of such stores and offices also represents UPS and FedEx's different approaches to serving their customers.

Although both outlets provide shipping, packaging, and some office supply services such as copying and printing, they attract different types of customers due to the different nature of each company's underlying delivery business. The UPS Store is often a relatively small store, independently owned by franchisees. It primarily serves retail customers and small businesses for their small package delivery needs in addition to certain postal and shipping services.
